Better days

At the end of a bad day, reminding myself it's more often good than bad. And when it's good, it's very, very good.

Oh! What a fabulous contrast between your scrummy red shoes, the big girly bear hug and the dramatic, swirling autumnal sky! As they say, a picture's worth a thousand words... Love it.

A beautiful series of photos :-)

Love the red shoes, red pants! And that amazing autumn sky.

But it isn't autumnal! The photos are from December - it's high summer. That's a beach holiday in Tas., for you!

That is a spectacular photo series! That sky behind you - amazing, and the way you walk closer in to shot. So atmospheric, so somehow unsettling with that sky.

This is truly my first comment ever on a blog. These photos are the most moving I have ever seen on line. Simply beautiful. Somehow it tapped into my emotion currently of contemplating how I get back to work after being home with the children. But really it is just that the shots were gorgeous.( Did you self timer or was someone else taking them)Thanks for sharing. Cheers Rosalyn

Roslyn, than you for such a lovely comment. Thank you.

Actually, Al took the photos as I was walking back from taking my own photos - I've popped them in in a recent post. I didn't realise what was happening until post-hug.

Beautiful set of photos. I should have come here before writing my last post - I may have been reminded of what is good, rather than what is not so good about being in my thirties!!!!!
